Currently, we work mainly in Connecticut, New York, Pennsylvania, Maryland, Tennessee and Florida. We are a young company, but pack a lot of experience. If you are outside of these states, still contact us and we'll review on a case by case basis.

How do you come up with a value of my property?

Does it cost money to meet with you and look at my property?

No. It is 100% free for us to meet with you, discuss the condition of the property and come and look at the property. In fact, there's no obligation to you at all.

Can you help if my home is in foreclosure and I already have an auction date?

Yes. If you're facing foreclosure, you're not alone, and there may still be options available.

Probate takes an average of a year and a half and a lot of lawyer fees, while still paying for the inherited property. We can help by speeding up this process quite a bit.
